Tight Fix is a hassle-free and economical way to get your regular fix of tights delivered directly to your door (or office), with a quarterly subscription to a package of tights and knee-highs that you select yourself.
We know we’re not the only ones who have drawers full of tights, yet we can never find a good pair with no holes or ladders in them when we need to! We all think twice about wearing that skirt, because rummaging for pristine stockings means you’ll miss the next train. We know we’ve wriggled into our tights and watched that small run creep across our foot and up our leg. And we’ve all done the last-minute dash to the local shop in the hope they stock the tights we’re after - because we know that tights shopping and an organised tights drawer rank up there with preparing healthy lunches for the week on a Sunday night…
Simply select either of our pre-made packages, or build-your-own according to your needs, enter your payment details and where you’d like it sent to…and then don’t give it a second thought – you’ll get a welcome parcel four times a year on your desk or doorstep.

Payment
To place an order you must provide the details for any of the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Once you have authorised the recurring payment and placed an order with Tight Fix, the cost of your package will be deducted from your credit card on or around the same day of the appropriate month in each subsequent quarter. You retain the right to cancel this subscription at any time by notifying us at tightfix@tamarakanes.com
Unfortunately Tight Fix cannot be purchased using a debit card as they do not support the recurring payment.
Delivery
Delivery is included within the price of your package and will occur within five business days of our accepting your order. Your Tight Fix package will then be delivered automatically five business days either side of the equivalent day on a quarterly basis thereafter. Remember to notify us at tightfix@tamarakanes.com should your delivery address or other contact details change.
Cancellation & Returns Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time at no cost as long as the order has not been despatched, after which you should follow the returns instructions below. Orders before noon are usually despatched at 4pm on day the order is placed, or the next day if the order was placed after 12 noon, but please note we cannot guarantee these times. Should you wish to cancel an order please contact us at tightfix@tamarakanes.com
Once the item has been despatched we cannot cancel your order, but you have seven days from receipt to return your tights as new, unopened in their original packaging. IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT FAULTY, YOU MUST RETURN THE ENTIRE PACKAGE, RATHER THAN THE INDIVIDUAL TIGHTS THAT YOU WANT TO RETURN. We can not accept returns of partial packages. Simply fill in the returns form on the reverse of the invoice stating whether you would like a full refund (excluding delivery charges) or an exchange (for a different size or colour of the same style, only possible where the desired item is in stock). Then send the tights back to us at the address given on this form. As it is your responsibility to make sure that we receive the returned goods, we would advise using recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. If an item is faulty we replace the item where possible or refund it in full, including the refund of all delivery charges and postage costs incurred. There is not need to return the entire package if it is a faulty product and you request a replacement. If however you request a refund you MUST return the entire package. We reserve the right to refuse refund / exchange if the item has been marked, washed or spoiled in any way. Please note that for tights and other hosiery the product must be unopened in its original packaging for hygiene reasons.
