In order to purchase products from our website you need to create an account with us, for which you must be over 18 years of age. Placing an Order
The purchase of merchandise through Tamara Kanes is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on our website in accordance with English law. The email we send to acknowledge receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance or entry into a contract. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we reserve the right to reject an order at our sole discretion. A contract is perfected between the customer and Tamara Kanes only when the order is despatched and confirmation is sent to the customer, at which point a contract of sale is formed under English law. Tamara Kanes reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address

Pricing
All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at current rates. We reserve the right to adjust prices from time to time without notice, and to correct a price that has been displayed through error, for example with a decimal place in the wrong place, after an order has been placed. In any such instance we would inform you and ask for confirmation that you still desire the item affected before completing the order
Conformity of Goods
To the best of our knowledge all descriptions and specifications of our products are correct at the time of being posted on this website, however such details are not binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you

All Tamara Kanes Terms & Conditions also apply to Tight Fix except in the case of conflicting clauses, in which case the Tight Fix Terms & Conditions, exclusive to Tight Fix, take precedence:
Placing an Order
When you place an order for a Tight Fix package, and once this order is accepted by Tamara Kanes via email, a contract is formed which acts as a subscription by you to a recurring delivery of products by us. Such delivery will occur within 14 business days of the contract being formed, and may be delivered ten business days either side of this day of the appropriate month on a quarterly basis thereafter. We reserve the right to alter the product slightly from quarter to quarter without notifying the customer, providing the product meets the existing general specification
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your Tight Fix subscription at any time you may do so by contacting us at tightfix@tamarakanes.com or 020 7622 6555. Providing your next delivery has not been despatched you will be charged for no further portions of your subscription
Change of Details
Tight Fix packages will be delivered to the delivery address recorded in your Tamara Kanes account. You are responsible for amending this and other contact details immediately in your online account where necessary. We cannot take responsibility for undelivered or misdelivered packages due to incorrect contact details
Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return a Tight Fix order or request a refund, you must return the complete package. We are not able to accept part packages. If you are returning a faulty product, there is no need to return the whole package; we will replace the faulty product/s. However, if you require a refund or a replacement for another package, the complete package must be send back
All returned products must be as new as in the case of hosiery, the packaging must be unopened and still sealed
