You can pay using the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, UK Maestro and Solo. Debit cards cannot be used for payment of a Tight Fix subscription. A credit card must be used for this payment. Payments are made via Protx, an SSL certified secure payment processer that safeguards the transaction and protects your details. There will be no contractual obligation for the supply of goods to you by Tamara Kanes until such time as the goods are shipped and the credit card debited, at which point confirmation will be emailed to you
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.95 per order.This does not include the Scottish highlands and off shore islands. If an order is placed for the Scottish highlands or off shore islands we will contact you directly with the additional delivery costs
Orders are typically packed and despatched the same day (if placed before 12 noon) and arrive within two working days of you placing the order. However, if an item is so popular that we’re in the process of restocking, we will aim to deliver to you within 10-14 days of you placing the order. These are guidelines only and whilst it would be unlikely for an order to exceed these times, they cannot be guaranteed
Your order can be tracked online as soon as it has been dispatched from the warehouse. You will be emailed your tracking number, which will allow you to track your order through the courier’s website. If you have not yet received this email and have any questions regarding your order, please phone 01376 342051, quoting Tamara Kanes and your order reference number. Please remember that if the product is not in stock when ordered, it can take up to 14 days for this order to reach you
Your order will be delivered by parcel carrier. Signature will be required on delivery so please try to provide us with a daytime delivery address wherever possible, e.g. your office address, to avoid a delay in receiving your order. If there is nobody at the delivery address provided to sign for the package then a delivery note will be left and the carrier will attempt to redeliver the following two days before returning your order to us, at which you may be subject to further administrative and / or delivery charges
You may cancel your order at no cost as long as the order has not been despatched, after which you should follow the returns instructions below. Orders are despatched at any time from 12 noon on the day the order is placed. Please note we cannot guarantee these times. Once the item has been despatched we cannot cancel your order, but you have 14 days from receipt to return any items as new. Simply fill in the returns form that was sent with your invoice stating whether you would like a full refund (excluding delivery charges) or an exchange (for a different size or colour of the same style, only possible where the desired item is in stock). Then send the item(s) back to us at the address given on this form. As it is your responsibility to make sure that we receive the returned goods, we would advise using recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. If an item is faulty we replace the item where possible or refund it in full, including the refund of all delivery charges and postage costs incurred
For all products the item must be as new, and we reserve the right to refuse refund / exchange if the item has been marked, washed or spoiled in any way.
