As each order is personally tailored, it is not possible to cancel your order after it has been placed. Our tailors begin working on your order as soon as it is placed, and therefore we cannot offer a refund
As such, in most cases, it is also not possible to change your order after it has been placed as production would most likely already begun. As each order is personally tailored, we are unable to resell your order to any other customer, and as such we cannot accept returns.
Our service includes all necessary adjustments which will be made in between your fitting and the final delivery. Should you choose to make further adjustments after you have received your final order, these will be your responsibility

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy applies when you visit our website or we have face to face appointments regardless of whether you register or purchase products.  In all cases we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal details.  We collect and store customer data where deemed reasonably necessary in order for us to provide you with the optimal experience in the context of our legitimate business purposes.  Various information may be collected when you visit or use our website or have a consultation with one of our tailors, whether this be to facilitate your first purchase or to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping process in the future.  We may also use your personal information in order to send you newsletters or other communications about our products and services and promotions, including by our subsidiary companies.  We do not disclose your personal information to any third party other than our affiliates or partners, and only where this is necessary in order to provide our service to you. You will always have the option to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time

What information & why

When you register online or order from us you will be asked to provide us with details deemed reasonably necessary for us to be able to fulfill the contract formed between us on our acceptance of your order, including name, contact details and payment details.  You may also be asked to fill in additional details to help us get to know our customer base and how to serve it better – this is entirely voluntary

How

We may store you personal information in order to provide you with a quicker service the next time you use our website or bespoke tailoring service, so that you don’t have to fill in all your personal details each time you place an order.  We may also use your contact details to send you newsletters or other similar communication from any company or division in the Tamara Kanes group.  You will be able to opt out of these at any time by following instructions contained in the newsletter

Third Parties

Certain personal information may be provided to third parties who act on our behalf for the purposes of implementing our service to you, for example fulfilling and delivering orders, providing customer support, or processing payments.  Payment details are passed directly to the certified payment processor Protx, and not accessed or stored by us, so you don’t need to worry about their security.  We may also pass on aggregate website usage statistics to third parties, but you will not be identifiable and your rights will not be infringed.  In the event of any sale, merger or JV with another company, our databases may be shared and / or combined with theirs.  Other than for the purposes stated herein, we will not share, sell or rent any information provided to us by you, unless required to do so by law

Your Choices

On registration on the website or through the bespoke tailoring service we will give you the choice as to whether or not you would like to receive periodic newsletters and similar communications about our products, services, promotions and events.  If you accept, you will retain the right to opt out at any point by following the instructions which will appear on such communication.  Should you wish to review or amend any personal information provided to us during the registration process please log into your account and follow instructions there.  Should you wish to have your account deleted and all personal data removed from our database you can contact us
